To make a purchase, customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time without notice.

Prices shown are in GBP (£) and include/exclude tax depending on your region. We reserve the right to update prices without notice; however, any confirmed orders will not be affected.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

All customer funds are securely held in escrow and are not released to the seller until the product is confirmed as delivered by the customer or verified through tracking/delivery confirmation.

If delivery is disputed, funds will remain on hold until the issue is resolved through our dispute resolution process (see below).

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds will only be processed once returned items are received and inspected, or when a delivery dispute is resolved.

In case of a non-delivery claim or product issue, the buyer must provide supporting evidence. Both parties agree to cooperate in resolving disputes fairly.

If resolution cannot be reached internally, further action may be taken in accordance with applicable UK law.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
